OUR MISSION

ARIZONA’S FOREMOST UROGYNECOLOGY CENTER

Pelvic floor problems shouldn’t have to be suffered in silence. Disorders like vaginal and uterine prolapse, urine and stool leakage, and post-childbirth complications are all treatable — and not uncommon.

At The Woman’s Center for Advanced Pelvic Surgery, we’re dedicated to restoring women’s independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our doctors are specialized in the emerging field of urogynecology, the intersection of urology and gynecology. Dr. Ryan Stratford and Dr. Kelly Kantartzis conduct comprehensive, scientific, individual evaluations for various pelvic floor disorders. Our staff is professional, discreet, and committed to helping and healing women through all stages of life.

OUR MISSION

We treat disorders such as urinary and fecal incontinence, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse. Our state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatments range from non-invasive options like physical therapy, biofeedback, bladder and bowel retraining, and medication to more complicated surgeries and cosmetic procedures.

Female pelvic floor disorders rarely occur in isolation. For example, female incontinence is often accompanied by serious pelvic organ disorders, like prolapse. Rather than visiting multiple specialists, The Woman’s Center is committed to providing comprehensive care that notes the connection between urology and gynecology, and our reconstructive surgeons are trained across both fields.

Our physicians, Dr. Ryan Stratford and Dr. Kelly Kantartzis, have years of medical training dedicated to treating female pelvic floor disorders. They’ve spent residencies training in obstetrics and gynecology, and they’ve completed fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery with world-renowned surgeons at top medical institutions.

In addition to highly specialized surgical treatment, the center offers a host of non-surgical treatments, such as:

  • Bladder rehabilitation
  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Pessary management
  • Physical therapy
  • Electrical stimulation
  • Medication
  • In-office neuromodulation

Our dedicated staff is focused exclusively on treating female pelvic floor disorders, so that we can offer the highest-quality specialized care.

Whatever your symptoms or needs, we offer the compassion, comfort, confidentiality, and respect you deserve — and we believe every woman deserves the highest possible quality of life.
